Background
Ehrenstråhle och Wågnert was founded 2010 in the halls of CCES Business Lab - Stockholm School of Economics incubator, by Martin Wågnert and David Ehrenstråhle.
What we do
We are a concept driven brand design agency that helps companies build, communicate and strengthen their brand identities.
Philosophy
We always work in regards to the final output, be it an application, website, product etc. Since final output is where the identity should thrive and not in an impressive design presentation or PDF.
Collaboration is key
We love involving the customer in our process. It is important to us that the customer feels safe and comfortable with how they should think and act in regards to building a brand.
Not just a logo
A logotype is of course important and an integral part of our work, but many companies see their logotype, color and font as their brand. In some cases it can be accurate, but in general it is only a fraction of what the end viewer perceive. A landing page can often express more than a single logotype.
Building strong brands with final output in focus
If the website is lacking, it does not matter how fancy guidelines or design presentations you have, as your consumer will not take part in those. We use design presentations to create an understanding for the concept and wider picture, but we focus on what the final customer will interact with.
We try to reverse the classic output process and start with the output and conclude with the guidelines.
